Data Deletion / Disconnection

This page explains how to delete data related to Pinterest integration and how to disconnect.


1. Data Stored

This tool may store the following data to publish content from the operator’s website to Pinterest:

  • Pinterest OAuth Tokens: Access tokens, refresh tokens, and other authorization credentials
  • Account Information: Identifiers and display names of connected Pinterest accounts
  • Board Information: Board identifiers and names for publishing destinations
  • Post Data: Scheduled post drafts, publishing history, etc.

2. Disconnect from Pinterest

You can revoke access from your Pinterest account settings.

Steps

  1. Log in to Pinterest
  2. Click the profile icon in the upper right
  3. Open Settings
  4. Select Security or Apps / Connected apps
  5. Find this tool (Postiz integration) and click Revoke access

Note: This will immediately stop the tool from accessing Pinterest.


3. Delete Data from Postiz

You can remove Pinterest integration from the self-hosted Postiz admin panel.

Steps

  1. Log in to Postiz
  2. Open the Integrations screen
  3. Select Pinterest
  4. Click Disconnect / Remove integration
  5. Optionally delete Pinterest-related scheduled posts

4. Deletion Request

If you cannot use the above methods, or if you have questions about deletion, please contact us using the inquiry form below.

When requesting deletion, please provide:

  • Your Pinterest account name or identifier (to locate the connection)
  • Request type: “Revoke integration data” / “Delete all stored data”, etc.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm deletion.
