New Welfare System "Emotional Power Generation" Converts Beneficiaries' Inner Warmth into Electricity: Tears of Emotion Earn Bonuses, Cynicism Brings Immediate Deductions
A new welfare act dubbed "Emotional Power Generation" has taken effect, turning the emotions of all citizens into resources. Beneficiaries are mandated to wear specialized suits monitoring their heart rates and body temperatures, converting their inner warmth into electrical power fed into social infrastructure. Proclaiming that "emotion is the new oil," the government champions the initiative, while streets see citizens staging fights and binge-watching tearjerkers for bonus points, sparking public controversy.
