These terms define the conditions of use for the tool used to publish content from the operator’s website to Pinterest (hereinafter “the Tool”).


1. Overview of the Tool

The Tool uses the open-source software “Postiz” (self-hosted) and the Pinterest API to publish or schedule Pins from articles, images, and other content posted on the operator’s website.

The Tool is intended solely for use by the operator and is not a service for general users.

Use of the Tool is subject to compliance with the following:

The following activities are prohibited when using the Tool:

  • Unauthorized access or improper acquisition/use of credentials
  • Posting content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Spam or excessive automated posting
  • Spreading false or misleading information
  • Violating Pinterest’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Other activities that violate applicable laws

4. Disclaimer

The operator is not responsible for the following matters related to use of the Tool:

  • Service Changes: Functionality changes or discontinuation due to Pinterest API specification changes, Postiz updates, etc.
  • Outages: Inability to use due to server outages, network issues, or other technical problems
  • Data Loss: Loss or corruption of post data, scheduled data, etc.
  • Third-Party Services: Issues arising from Pinterest, cloud services, or other third-party services

The Tool is provided “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Open Source Software

Postiz used in this Tool is subject to its license terms.

5.2 Content Rights

Copyrights and other rights to content posted on the operator’s website belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders.


6. Data Deletion / Disconnection

7. Changes to Terms

The operator may change these terms as necessary. Changes will be announced on this page.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law, and disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Japan.
