Cash-Strapped Space Agency Puts Mars Rover's Ultra-Precision Robotic Arm to Work Making Character Bentos on Earth
To offset brutal budget cuts, a space agency launched 'interplanetary remote work'—connecting an idling Mars rover to a bento factory on Earth. A 30-minute round-trip communication delay frequently caused character eyes to sink deep into the white rice, but the modern art world went wild, declaring that 'the ruined faces represent the dark void of modern society.' Now, seaweed placement logs sell for far more than actual Martian scientific observation data.
